1st Day of First Grade :-)
My little sweetie is growing up so fast....she gets more and more beautiful with every passing day :-) I love her so much and I am proud of her every minute. She has come such a long way from being born 3 lbs. 10 oz. and having to overcome so much. I love her and I am glad she had a good first day and she loves her teacher.

Just a cruisin'
Our family vacation for the 4th of July was a carnival cruise to Cozumel, Honduras, Belize and Freeport. The only thing missing was Peyton....she was too young to go. We had a great time and Rilei got to experience lots of new things. Next year we won't be leaving Peyton behind...no matter what we do :-)

Easter
We had great Easter....it was a little emotional to start, however, it ended very cheerful. We began the day by visiting daddy at the cemetery (we even took him a chocolate bunny). I cried because I miss him so much and he loved Easter (he knew after church he was gonna get to eat great food and then LOTS of candy). We met the whole family at CiCi's Pizza for lunch to celebrate moms birthday. We had a blast and it was nice to spend time together for her birthday. Miss Dixie turned 1 on Easter too. Angel and Baker had her birthday party after mom's celebration lunch. We went to their house and had cake and ice cream. Dixie had a wonderful time eating icing and opening her gifts too. After all the celebrating and candy and cake and ice cream, we decided to come on home and get our girls ready for nite nite. They were both totally exhausted.

Peyton's Rough Day :-(
Today was peyton's 18 month check up at the doctor. She was doing so well until Dr. Reggie tried to look at her throat, then the drama began. She does not like the little wooden sticks and she likes the ear light thingy even less. Bless her heart, she was crying so hard and this was before the shot. She only had to get one shot today and they said she will not need any at her 2 year checkup, YEAH!!!!!! Dr. Reggie said she was extremely smart and developing just fine :-)
I love this picture, Peyton was having such a great time playing in the waiting room. She really enjoys playing in these playhouses. Of course, this was before the terrible dramatic moment occurred in the exam room :-)
